Futures Academy and Fusion Academy were both founded by passionate educators in California with a vision that one-to-one teaching was the best way for students to learn.
In 2007, Fusion Education Group was founded with a vision to help change education through personalization. Later that year the first Fusion Academy campus was replicated and has now grown nationwide.
In 2020, Futures Academy joined Fusion Education Group, strengthening our nationwide network of schools.
Over the 2022-2023 school year, the Futures Academy campuses changed to Fusion Academy, still offering the same quality one-to-one education focused on supporting your student’s skills, interests, and learning preferences.
While campus names changed, our mission has not. We are guided by a fundamental belief in the immense potential within every person, and our mission is to help each student flourish – emotionally, socially, and academically – through positive, mentoring relationships and a personalized education experience. Along with our mission, here are other things you can still expect from our campuses:
Students can now attend Fusion in person, online, or a hybrid of the two and can take course at essentials, college, prep, honors, or AP® levels. There is also an expanded list of courses students can take and improved services like Post-Secondary Counseling.
By aligning brands we are able to create stronger nationwide awareness. This helps us maintain our accreditation for each campus, and also proves to colleges and universities that we are a credible organization leading to higher acceptance rates and more prestigious college acceptances.
Staff nationwide can now share experience, knowledge, and resources with one another. Sharing of this across all campuses leads to a better experience for all.
