  • Pete is an innovative leader with a proven record of strong results in CEO, president and general management positions. His background includes high growth success in education and health care companies and multi-industry experience in the management-consulting sector. Pete holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

    Jeff is a results-oriented leader with a twenty-seven year record of accomplishment with management success in sales, marketing, and operations. His extensive experience includes leading service companies with multi-location operations and fifteen years on senior management teams. Jeff has a BS degree in Food Systems Economics and Management and a MS degree in Agriculture Economics, both from Michigan State University.

    Dave is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of management, operational and financial analysis, business restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

    Jenny is the VP of Human Resources and has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and human resources. Jenny has a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

    A results-oriented leader with a proven track record in operations, new business development, and construction management, Mike is a welcome addition to the AEG team, leading the school replication efforts.

    Jennifer Rumack is a student to her core. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from University of California, San Diego, M.A.’s in Sociology and Educational Administration from California State University, Northridge, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy from University of Southern California. Prior to joining the Fusion team, Jennifer led a large alternative charter school program for middle and high school students in both Northern and Southern California.

    Michelle Rose Gilman, Founder, started Fusion in 1989 with six students who were transitioning out of psychiatric day treatment facilities. She holds a BS in Special Education from the University of South Florida, as well as a certification in Special Education (Emotional Handicaps K-12 concentration).

    After two years as Fusion San Francisco’s Director of Admissions and Outreach, Happy began her work supporting all California Fusion Academy campuses as Regional Director of Admissions and Outreach (RDAO). Happy works in tandem with the rest of the regional team and the VP of Sales to help campus leadership teams achieve their enrollment goals. As RDAO, Happy coaches, mentors, and motivates Directors of Admissions and Outreach while advising other leaders involved in the intake process.

  • Brad was born in Phoenix, AZ and after a move to Georgia spent his early years in Denver, CO. It was in Denver that his love of sports grew as well as his loyalty to the Denver Broncos. In a dramatic shift of scenery, he moved to scenic Clovis, CA where his parents still reside. Brad attended Clovis West High School where he played basketball and volleyball leading to a volleyball scholarship to CSU, Northridge.

    As Regional Vice President of New Business Development, Dan supports the successful launches of all Fusion’s new schools across the country.

    Jenn Robinson began her teaching career when she was a teenager by teaching accordion and piano lessons at a local music studio! One could say that she was always heading towards a career in education. Jenn earned her B.A. in English at Sam Houston State University and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from TX A&M Commerce.

    Jennifer Walsh-Rurak earned her Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Educational and Instructional Leadership from Northeastern University. Additionally, she has a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership/Administration and a Master of Science degree in Special Education both from Canisius College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Exceptionalities from SUNY Cortland.

    As Director of Admissions and Outreach, Kate helps prospective families determine if Fusion is the right fit. She also ensures that Fusion Marin is a contributing member of the community — with a knowledge of neighboring schools, parent groups, and professional resources such as tutors, family therapists, and education consultants, Kate understands how to guide students and their families.

    Kelli joined the Fusion family in 2015 as the Head of School at the Chicago- Lake Forest campus. She helped to introduce Fusion to the Chicago North Shore through outreach in the community and meetings with local families. In her role as District Vice President, Kelli works with the Chicago and Florida campuses and regional team to support the operations for 6 campuses.

    Kim Mansueto is a seven-year veteran who started her journey with Fusion as Director of Admissions and Outreach in 2012 as we pioneered the launch of the east coast. During her tenure, she has held multiple leadership positions such as Assistant Director, Head of School at the Long Island campus with her most recent position as the Regional Director of Operations for the East Coast.

    Lea serves as the District Vice President for the Southwest District. She supports the teams with the education program, culture, and operational systems. Lea joined the Fusion family in 2015, where she helped launch the Southlake campus as the Director of Student Development.

    Lori is a native of Virginia and excited to be back, living in Arlington.  Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development and Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee. Upon graduating from college she worked as a community mental health advocate before making a career change where she gained management, marketing, training and leadership skills working in the financial services industry.

    Nicole joined the Fusion family in 2014 as Director of Admissions and Outreach at The Woodlands campus. She helped to introduce Fusion to The Woodlands through outreach in the community and extensive conversations with local families. In her role as Regional Director of Admissions and Outreach (RDAO) Nicole works with the regional team and VP of Sales to support our Texas and Chicago schools.

    Noelle Brown is a Regional Director for Fusion.  Noelle has worked at Fusion since 2011 as a Head of School, Assistant Director, English/History Teacher, History Department Head, Special Education Lead and Curriculum Writer.  Before joining Fusion, she taught High School and Middle School History and English in San Diego and Los Angeles counties, specializing in Honors/AP Classes.  Noelle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, minor in History, from the University of California at San Diego.  She earned her Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Studies and English from California State University, Long Beach.  She is certified in Gifted and Talented Education and specializes in differentiating lesson plans for a wide range of learners.

    Stephanie Torossian supports the Directors of Admissions and Outreach for the Fusion campuses on the East Coast as Regional Director of Admissions and Outreach. She earned her BA in Communication from Villanova University graduating Cum Laude with a minor in Spanish, adding to her already bilingual background.

    Steve brings a proven, passionate, and personable approach Sales and Marketing. He believes hiring, developing, and promoting people who are focused an exceptional customer service is the only way to build a sustainable model. He adores the EPIC! values that Fusion founders laid out when creating Fusion Education Group.

    Tamare works with the New School Opening team to train and onboard new school leadership and establish Fusion practices and culture in new markets. She works closely with members of our school teams and supports them through the operational elements of Fusion. She also works closely with the educational team and registrars to ensure new state/region requirements are documented and in compliance with new markets.

    Tristan helps ensure that school leaders know and execute all Fusion systems, policies and procedures. Tristan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Southern California, and studied Homeland Security for two years at San Diego State University.
