Stafford hails from Minnesota and graduated as a 'Golden Gopher' from the University of Minnesota, with a BA in Psychology, and a MA in Educational Psychology: Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology.
Experience
Stafford has spent 11 years supporting and promoting college/ career readiness programs for high school students and counselors alike. He began his 8 year tenure with Fusion Academy in the spring of 2011, serving campuses as the Director of Homework Cafe, Director of Student Development, and Post Secondary Counselor. Stafford is strong on Fusion culture and enjoys the process of empowering students to explore and chase down their dreams through the PSC program; by helping them construct strategic actionable plans to achieve them!
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Stafford played Professional Beach Volleyball for 8 years on the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour and the USA Beach Volleyball National Team
- Played volleyball on every continent except for Antarctica! Does Minnesota in the winter count?!
- Soaking up quality time with his wife (high school sweetheart!) and their 3 children
