I was born and grew up in Beijing China. After graduating from college with a Computer Science degree, I lived in Japan for 7 years, first as a graduate student, later as a hi-tech professional working for several Japanese company. Surprisingly I found most opportunities practicing my Japanese while working as a dinner waitress in a tiny Tokyo restaurant. In the US, I have lived in Seattle, San Diego and Portland before moving to Bay Area. I love the culture diversity and abundant authentic Chinese restaurants offered in Silicon Valley. In my spare time, I like to go jogging, hiking, biking and travelling besides reading books and going to movies.
