Elijah Reiss teaches students important and fascinating aspects of all areas of history through Fusion Academy Princeton’s wide variety of History courses. He studied Art History and American Studies at Rutgers University—New Brunswick earning a Bachelor of Arts and graduating with Honors in May 2017. During his Senior Year of college, he taught a 25-student freshman introductory course to American Studies. He was a key member of the Rutgers University 250th Anniversary Office from 2014-2016 where he conducted extensive research on the college’s history and place in time. He has also been published on a wide variety of topics including American History, the arts, and the conflict in the Middle East. In his spare time, he enjoys writing, painting, and photographing the world around him. He is also an avid nature lover and never passes up on a walk in the woods. Interestingly, as of 2018, Elijah has a vinyl record collection of over 2,500 titles spanning from the 1910’s to the present.
