We’d be honored if you’d spend your lunch hour with us- and get some CEUs while you’re doing it. We’ll pick up the tab for lunch and CEUs when you join us for The Emotional Learning Brain: Executive Functioning from an Affective Neuroscience Perspective with guest speaker, Dr. Rebecca Resnik.
This talk takes neuroscience findings from the lab and shows how to apply them towards helping young people reach their full potential. We will be providing 2 hours of CE at the Intermediate Level. Attendees will learn to identify emotional brain circuits that govern the “hot” executive functions, describe how emotional circuits influence those functions throughout the lifespan, and apply their ideas to case material to inform treatment planning and case conceptualization.
This event is being co-sponsored by The Maryland Psychological Association, The Maryland Psychological Foundation, and Fusion Academy Washington, DC. The Maryland Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists.
