Missy Kirkpatrick

Director of Education

Education

Missy graduated from Marist College (now Marist University) in 2015 with a dual major in Mathematics and Adolescent Education, a passion she has nurtured since the 5th grade. Her educational foundation set the tone for a career dedicated to helping students build confidence, find joy in learning, and succeed through personalized academic support.

Experience

Missy began her teaching career as a substitute in her hometown district, working in both middle and high school classrooms. She taught Algebra and Geometry in summer school, supported RTI programs, and collaborated with teachers to provide both push-in and pull-out support for students. After relocating to Westchester, she taught math in the public school system before discovering Fusion, where she found a perfect match for her educational philosophy.
