Annahi is a fifth-year member of teaching at Fusion Warner Center, and is a Languages and Electives Department Head. She graduated from California State University of Northridge with a B.A. in Deaf Studies with a Concentration in Deaf Literature in efforts to become a High School Sign Language Teacher. She has successfully been teaching at Fusion Warner Center and now virtually other campuses around the United States. She brings not only a new language to our students, but she is teaching them about the Deaf Community, Deaf Culture and the beautiful language of ASL. More importantly she is showing our students to be active members and advocates in the Deaf World.
Annahi’s life goal and passion is to inform and teach all age groups and expose them to the Deaf World. The more people know about the Deaf community the more Hearing people become aware and the barrier between miscommunication will no longer exist. She has been a great asset to our team, seeing her students graduate is fulfilling to her. ASL is not the only thing Annahi enjoys doing; she also has two personal businesses that are rapidly growing and is a Youth Leader at her local church; mentoring young adults and organizing events for outreach purposes.Annahi wants to make a difference in the Hearing World to support the Deaf Community and teaching here at Fusion gets her one step closer to that goal.
Annahi enjoys the outdoors, quality time with family and friends, traveling, expressing her creative ideas and bringing them to life. Living her best life is her motto.
Annahi’s favorite quote and daily reminder is “Don’t let the fear of striking out hold you back.” - Babe Ruth.
