Navi earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from San José State University, where he developed a strong foundation in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and human development. His academic experience sparked a passion for helping individuals—especially students—reach their full potential by creating pathways for personal and academic success.
Experience
With over five years of experience in education, Navi has built a career centered around student advocacy, family support, and meaningful engagement across grade levels—from Pre-K through high school. He began his journey with Spring Education, where he held various roles supporting school operations, admissions, and family relations. During his time there, Navi became known for his ability to connect with both students and parents, helping to identify environments where each learner could thrive.
In 2025, Navi joined Fusion Academy as the Director of Admissions for both the Walnut Creek and Walnut Creek Downtown campuses.
