Nora Elam-Nora is passionate about building inclusive spaces where neurodiverse young adults can thrive, academically, socially, and emotionally. Her experiences as a neurodivergent learner and her commitment to social equity shape her approach to student support and advocacy. After three years in Mansfield Hall’s Student Life Department, as Director of Student Life in Eugene, she brings a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to her work in Admissions and Outreach.
