Niki LeJune

Experience

Niki’s professional background is in mental health admissions, family support, and community outreach. Before joining Fusion Academy, she served as the Admissions Manager at an outpatient mental health practice specializing in eating disorder treatment. In that role, she supported individuals and families as they explored care options, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique needs, experiences, and goals. She also conducted intake assessments, facilitated therapeutic groups, and developed collaborative relationships with community providers.

This experience shaped Niki’s understanding of the complex relationship between a student’s well-being and their experience at school. She believes that a one-size-fits-all approach cannot meet the needs of every adolescent and is passionate about helping families find personalized educational environments where students feel understood, supported, and empowered to succeed.
