Megan completed her undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary with a double major in International Relations and Spanish. She has an MA in Curriculum and Instruction, an Ed.S. in Educational Policy, and her Ph.D. in Leadership.
Megan began her career as a Spanish teacher in Fairfax County Public Schools. She also taught and was a school administrator at Flint Hill School in Vienna, VA. The majority of her professional career has been spent as a school principal in international schools around the world.
