Christen Dixon, M.S.

Experience

Christen’s experience spans individualized cognitive development, math and science instruction, teacher training, and instructional coaching. At a cognitive learning center, she supported students with diverse learning profiles and advanced to Master Trainer, where she trained, supervised, and supported a team of cognitive trainers. At Fusion, she has taught across multiple subject areas and served as an instructional coach, helping educators strengthen their practice and thoughtfully apply the one-to-one model.

In her current role, Christen oversees the campus’s academic programming, supports teacher development, and ensures instruction is responsive to each student’s individual needs. She works closely with teachers, students, families, and the campus leadership team to develop personalized strategies, monitor student progress, and adjust support as students grow.

Christen's approach is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices that help students feel safe, respected, understood, and empowered to succeed.
