Education

Arnold has a Bachelor of Arts in English, Secondary Education, and Nonprofit Management and Leadership from University of the District of Columbia, a Master of Arts in Teaching from George Washington University, a Doctorate in Education from University of Pittsburgh, and a Graduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from George Mason University.

Experience

Prior to joining the Fusion Academy Tysons team, Arnold taught at the Lab School of Washington, Templeton Academy, and Emerson Preparatory School; served as a Point in Time Census Taker for The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness, as a Curriculum Development Intern for the DC office of One Economy Corporation, as a Beautification Day Photographer for the District of Columbia Public Schools, and as an Usher for the Shakespeare Theatre Company. Currently, Arnold serves as a Committee Member for the George Washington University Shared Identity Alumni Networks, as a Reviewer for the National Council of Teachers of English, and as an Advisor for the Dunnington Mansion Foundation.
