Marianne is, above all, a storyteller. She graduated with her Master of Arts in History from California State University: San Marcos in 2019 and has been a "Fusion Storyteller" ever since!
Experience
Marianne has been teaching since the minute she realized she could make a living off of helping others. After tutoring and assistant teaching for many years, she joined Fusion in 2019 as a History and English teacher. Over the past several years, she has filled a number of roles in the organization--as long as she gets to support our Fusion students, she's happy!
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Grew up here in San Diego
- Loves singing, musical theater, writing, and studying history (of course!)
- Goes home to two of the world's cutest cats, Elsa and Captain
