About the Presentation
This presentation explores how evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) can be adapted to address problematic social media and device use among adolescents. Designed for parents, educators, and clinicians, the talk will provide practical, research-informed strategies to help young people develop healthier, more intentional relationships with technology while supporting their emotional well-being in an increasingly digital world.
