Leticia Salazar has over 15 years of experience in the Retail Banking industry; ten of those years are Hancock Whitney in the San Antonio and Greater Baton Rouge markets. Salazar’s focus has been on supporting her clients to reach the financial goals they have set for themselves. She has served in various roles including Teller, Personal Banker, Branch Operations Manager and Retail Operations Leader. New to the San Antonio area, Salazar relies on being bilingual, in both English and Spanish, to immerse herself into the community and culture of the people we serve. Building relationships and discovering ways to support customers’ financial goals is what drives Leticia. Educating clients and children in the area of financial literacy, uncovering potential financial wins and presenting solutions that allows everyone the opportunity to learn and grow is what makes Retail Banking her passion.
