Meet Steph West, founder of Starfish Social Club and a passionate advocate for neurodivergent youth. With more than 20 years of experience as a special education teacher, school administrator, and behavior specialist, Steph has dedicated her career to helping autistic, ADHD, and anxious students become more confident, connected, and successful in their social worlds. She is also an author, speaker, trainer, and consultant with advanced training in autism, behavior support, inclusion, transition, and traumatic brain injury. Steph brings both deep professional expertise and an engaging, practical perspective to conversations about supporting neurodivergent students and the families and communities around them.
