Confident mental health professional facilitates support group meeting

About This Event

Conversations around men’s mental health are often left unspoken or pushed aside. This panel is designed to change that.

Join us for an afternoon of honest, thoughtful dialogue as a group of local professionals come together to share their experiences, insights, and perspectives on men’s mental health. Through both personal stories and professional lenses, this conversation will explore the challenges men face, the barriers to seeking support, and the role community plays in building stronger, healthier lives.

This event is open to everyone. We welcome professionals, parents, families, and students to attend and be part of the conversation.

We’ll have food, drinks, and space to connect, giving attendees the opportunity to engage with one another in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
