Education

Gavin graduated from the University of Miami, double majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. He took advantage of many opportunities presented at "The U", including working a Presidential Debate for CNN and running the sidelines of Superbowl XLI for CBS Sports. Go Canes!

Experience

Gavin then volunteered for Americorps, where he continued to build his experience in youth development - while supporting a non-profit organization called Outdoor Outreach. This experience helped to inspire a career in education and he is proud to have supported students and staff at Fusion Academy campuses since 2014.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Spending time with his wife and newborn son, Jake.
  • Avid board sport enthusiast participating in surfing, snowboarding and onewheeling.
  • Worked as an ocean lifeguard for eight summers on the beaches of Long Beach Island, NJ.
