Education
Chris has recently earned a Master of Science in Education with an Instructional Design for Online Learning specialization from Capella University. In addition, he holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kean University, where he also earned his alternate route teaching certification.
Experience
Prior to his Humanities Department Head role at the Fusion Montclair campus, Chris taught English and History at the Fusion Englewood campus, starting in 2016. Before teaching at Fusion, he worked as a private tutor for high school students and adult learners looking to sharpen their writing skills.
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Chris enjoys writing and exercising in his spare time.
- You can catch Chris hiking with his wife and dog somewhere on a trail in the spring and summer. In winter, he probably spends way too much time on his rowing machine, but he can’t resist racking up the meters for his online logbook.
- Chris is currently working on a novel. He doesn’t mind if it never sees the light of day in the publishing world, as long as he can create something that his wife, parents, and friends will think is pretty cool.
