Education
Michael attended Azusa Pacific University where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Michael holds a bachelors degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in History and a masters degree in Teaching.
Experience
Michael has worked at a variety of schools in Southern California ranging from small, private K-8 schools to large, public high schools and even continuation schools. He has 8 years of coaching experience in the public schools where he coached both middle school and high school basketball and soccer!
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Michael loves to hike and fish! He spends days, sometimes even weeks, camping in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains.
- Michael met his wife at Azusa Pacific where she also majored in Liberal Studies and helped the women's basketball team to a historic, record-breaking season!
- He enjoys reading about philosophy and American history.
