Anastasiia Myers

Education

Anastasiia got her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies in Ukraine. When she moved to the United States in 2012, she started to practice yoga, and has since acquired her YTT200 with additional emphasis on children's yoga. She is enrolled in Jungian Coaching School.

Experience

Anastasiia has worked in the holistic field since 2019. Along with her job at StretchLab, she facilitates classes and workshops on body, mind, and spirit awareness topics. She also teaches yoga to the Redwood High School football team.
