Education

Rosa attended Brooklyn Technical High School and later earned a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Baruch College.

Experience

With a decade of experience in consultative sales and private education, Rosa specializes in B2B partnerships, sales, marketing, and outreach. She is a native New Yorker who brings a global perspective to her career, having traveled extensively and lived abroad in China and Hong Kong.

Passionate about building communities and networks, she thrives on supporting families with empathy and care as they navigate private school enrollment. Rosa launched a Montessori co-op school in Shanghai before moving to Hong Kong and growing a pearl jewelry distribution business. Upon returning to the U.S., she worked in recruitment and executive search at Apollos Partners, placing finance and accounting professionals into Fortune 500 and large privately held companies. Rosa transitioned back into NYC-based education, serving as the Admissions and Operations Director for Columbia University’s Chinese Cultural Studies Program. She later joined Green Ivy Schools, advancing from Assistant Admissions Director to Admissions Director.

Her love for STEAM and language learning drove her to serve on the boards of various NYC children’s organizations. Her leadership emphasizes compassion and care, family engagement, strategic growth, and data-driven enrollment strategies.
