Description

Colleges and workplaces are mandated to provide equal access to adults with substantiated disabilities.  Join us for this important and informative talk with Dr. Debbie De Santis, who will educate you on your child’s rights in college and beyond.  We will cover what types of assistance you can ask for and the documentation required to apply for supports and accommodations.

Dr. De Santis is owner of Ridge Psychological in Park Slope. She is a NYS Licensed Psychologist who offers neuropsychological assessment services for children, teens, and adults in her group practice.  She attended Long Island University for her doctoral studies before going on to her clinical internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan.  For more than a decade, Dr. De Santis shared time between running a neuropsychological assessment service at an area hospital where she trained medical and doctoral students and offering her services in private practice. She is invested in advocating for the right of her clients and educating families on their rights.
