Richard has spent the past several years as a self-employed investor and poker player, traveling around the world and crossing items off of his bucket list before discovering his desire to become a teacher/mentor. Prior to this, Richard had worked across the pharmaceutical industry for nearly a decade as a scientist for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Sanofi, Celgene, and the University of Pennsylvania.
