Education
Hunter received a B.A. with Honors from Haverford College in 2023. Although his major was English, he took almost as many Education, Psychology, and Filmmaking courses.
Experience
Since his first job as a tutor in middle school, Hunter has worked in as many educational environments as possible. He taught middle school English virtually during the pandemic, led elementary school after programs of up to 80 kids, devised a Social Justice course for high schoolers, and student-taught in public, private, and charter schools around Philadelphia. Applying his other passion for filmmaking, Hunter has directed two films highlighting critical issues in education such as mental health, standardized testing, inequitable funding, and racism.
