Evan Gall is an educator, composer, and ceramist teaching math and science at Fusion Academy Los Angeles. Evan received a BA in Physics from Bennington College and decided that he wanted nothing to do with math or physics in industry or academia, and so set off with other paths in mind. Along the way, Evan has worked in a clay factory in Western Massachusetts and as a wheel throwing instructor at a private studio here in Los Angeles. Having gotten a taste for teaching, Evan found the work to be quite fulfilling and directly impactful on his community, and so decided to pursue that more seriously here at Fusion LA.
When he is not trying to convince sometimes reluctant students of the wonder of math and science, Evan can be found working in his home recording studio, practicing drums and guitar, and churning out pots on the potter’s wheel.
