During her undergraduate time, Gillian attended East Stroudsburg University, located in Pennsylvania. She graduated with a BS in health and physical education. While at school, Gillian worked at a physical therapy office that closely related to her double major. Currently, Gillian is attending CUNY Queens College, and is working towards her Masters Degree in physical education.
Experience
Gillian is currently a personal trainer and level 1 Crossfit certified. She is experienced in 1 to 1 training with clients of all ages, and is very passionate about health, fitness and physical activity. Gillian has always loved working in a school environment, and is able to make physical education and health fun and exciting for all!
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Staying fit by running, lifting and playing beach volleyball
- Spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Ollie!
- Enjoying summer at her family's lake house
