Education

Josh holds a BA in Business Administration from Concordia University, where he also earned dual graduate degrees: an MBA and a MA in International Studies (MAIS). His MAIS research took him to Shanghai, China, where he conducted fieldwork and wrote his thesis on spending motivations of the Chinese middle class.

Experience

It was in Shanghai that Josh discovered his passion for education, first as a middle school teacher and later as a director of admissions and marketing at an international school. Since then, his career has expanded into marketing and communications for education, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Josh plays the trumpet in several concert bands in Orange County.
  • Cooking is his love language.
  • He enjoys learning about languages, cultures, and people's stories.
