Education
Donald is a native Houstonian and a proud Texan. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where he studied Mass Communication, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Theater. He later pursued advanced studies, obtaining a Master of Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a second Master of Education in Adult Education and Training. Donald is currently exploring and evaluating options for pursuing a Doctor of Education degree.

Donald brings over two decades of experience in education, supporting students from diverse backgrounds through a holistic, student-centered approach that prioritizes both academic success and personal growth. He has extensive experience guiding students and families across the entire educational journey—from admissions through graduation—while creating pathways that promote persistence and achievement. Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Donald is committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
