Peggy Bud is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, school administrator, communication coach, speaker, and author with more than 30 years of experience in public education. Her work focuses on helping families and educators communicate more effectively and collaborate to support student success.
Peggy will read a modified version of Yesterday’s Dream, a moving piece from Navigating Special Education. The reading offers a heartfelt look at the emotions many parents experience when their child’s educational journey does not follow the path they once imagined.
Following the reading, Peggy will lead an interactive Q&A, sharing practical strategies for navigating IEP and 504 meetings, strengthening communication with your child’s educational team, building positive school-family partnerships, and advocating effectively for student success.
