In today’s rapidly shifting social landscape, teens are facing unprecedented levels of pressure and families and educators are left wondering: Is this just typical teen behavior, or is it something deeper? Join us for an insightful and practical Lunch & Learn session designed to empower adults with the tools to support teen wellbeing from a place of knowledge and empathy.

At Fusion, our unique 1-to-1 learning environment gives us a front-row seat to how academic, emotional, and social wellness intersect in a student’s day to day life. With each student working one on one with a teacher who also serves as a mentor, we’ve seen firsthand how personalized attention can identify concerns early, foster connection, and improve outcomes.

This session will equip participants with:

  • 🧠 A 2025 Update on Teen Mental Health: Gain clarity on today’s mental health landscape and the real world factors contributing to increased anxiety, depression, and burnout in adolescents.
  • 🧍‍♂️ “Just Attitude” or Something More? Learn to distinguish between typical teenage behavior and warning signs that may signal more serious mental health concerns.
  • 🚨 Red Flags & When to Act: Walk away with a checklist of specific behaviors that may warrant further support or intervention from a professional.
  • 🛠️ Proven Strategies for Home & School: Discover actionable ways to create a mentally supportive environment, including Fusion’s evidence-based approaches to building trust, emotional regulation, and resilience.
  • 💬 Better Conversations with Teens: Master the art of asking the right questions, listening with intention, and supporting your teen without shutting them down.
  • 📚 Resources You Can Use Today: Leave with a toolkit of mental health resources, vetted support systems, and communication frameworks that can be implemented immediately.

This interactive session is ideal for:

  • Parents or guardians looking for ways to connect with and support their teen
  • Educators seeking effective ways to support student wellbeing
