September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and at Fusion Academy, we understand the profound importance of this topic, especially for parents.

We know that suicide prevention doesn’t start and end at school, it begins at home, with open, trusting relationships between parents and children.

That’s why we’re inviting you to join our upcoming Lunch and Learn event focused on suicide prevention. This session will help you:

Leading our Lunch and Learn is Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Victoria Grimm. Victoria began her career in the United States Air Force as a broadcast journalist, where she developed a strong foundation in communication and public service. While earning her graduate degree in marriage and family therapy, she volunteered with survivors of sexual violence and wrote the grant that created her role as Suicide Prevention Coordinator at a community mental health agency serving over 10,000 clients each year. In that role, she helped implement clinical policies to improve care for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts and emotional distress.

Victoria now owns VG Therapy Collective, a private practice in Gilbert, Arizona. She specializes in helping high-achieving individuals and families move from emotional disconnection and overwhelm into greater clarity and connection. Her work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR, with a focus on understanding relationship patterns, nervous system responses, and building emotional safety. She often supports parents navigating complex dynamics at home, including anxiety, perfectionism, and the impact of ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence within high-pressure environments.
