Join us for an evening of learning with Dr. Kerry Pecho and Dr. Ashley Leja.

Adolescence can be a stressful and uncertain time — for both teens and their parents. Between academic pressures, social changes, and the challenges of growing up in an always-connected world, many teens struggle with anxiety and self-doubt. But there are effective ways to help them manage these feelings and build lasting resilience.

Join us for SPACE to Grow: Helping Anxious Teens Build Resilience, a virtual event designed to equip parents, caregivers, and professionals with practical, evidence-based strategies for supporting anxious youth.

You’ll learn:

  • What anxiety can look like in teens (and how to spot the signs early)
  • How parents and caregivers can better support rather than accommodate anxiety
  • Strategies to help teens unhook from unhelpful thoughts and act in line with their values
  • Ways to strengthen family communication and connection during stressful times

Whether you’re a parent or educator, this discussion will leave you feeling empowered, informed, and ready to help the young people in your life thrive.
