I pursued graduate studies in the Master of Arts in Teaching program at Dallas Baptist University, complementing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with advanced training in education, leadership, and instructional practices.

Throughout my career in education, I have built trusted relationships with families, students, educators, and community partners while leading initiatives that increased engagement, improved retention, and supported student success. My experience in program leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration has prepared me to build meaningful partnerships and expand outreach efforts.
