Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Cook earned her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University. Before this milestone, she attained her Six Sigma Green Belt from Dartmouth College, as well as an MBA at Kaplan University and a BA at the State University of New York at Oswego.


With over two decades of experience in leadership roles dedicated to advancing secondary and post-secondary education for students and families, Dr. Cook exemplifies a lifelong commitment to education and authentic connections. Her academic pursuits are anchored in her profound belief in the transformative power of education. Dr. Cook's scholarly focus centers on leader-member exchange theory, a relational leadership framework highlighting the interactive exchange between leaders and followers, reflecting her dedication to fostering meaningful relationships in educational contexts.
