Education

As an alumnus of Fairleigh Dickinson University, I received my degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. While there, I focused on improving student life by participating in various campus organizations, such as the NAACP, Student Government, and the Pan African Culture Club (PACC). I was also instrumental in securing more resources for minority organizations on campus, such as LASO (Latin American Student Organization) and the Muslim Student Association, by partnering with the Dean of Students to increase funding.

Experience

With over 6 years of experience, my time as an Assistant Business Administrator and Finance Officer focused on daily operations, community outreach, and student enrollment. My admissions objectives allowed me to curate lasting relationships and nourish genuine connections with local businesses, organizations, and families. As a College Readiness Coordinator, I connected with teachers and students across South Jersey, helping to prepare them for college coursework while applying my grant and team management skills to various projects. My past work experience has been rewarding, allowing me to serve hundreds of families and grow professionally.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • I am a thrill seeker. I've cliff jumped, tracked cars and gone white water rafting. I look forward to sky diving this summer.
  • I love going to the Gym to relieve stress and clear my mind.
  • I'm a vegan of 8 years.
