Experience

I became an educator after firsthand and family experience inspired me to find ways to help people learn, grow, belong, and be celebrated. Over 20 years ago, I began my career in public education and have since served in a range of roles in independent schools. I have had the opportunity to support students and families in general education, special education, and alternative education settings, and having served as a Division Head and Associate Head of School, it has been my honor to support faculty and staff development as well. All my work is focused on fostering safe, collaborative learning environments grounded in candor, care, and connection.
