Michelle is a passionate educator and leader with over 11 years of experience at Fusion Academy and a heart full of dedication to student success! With a Master’s in Education and Special Education from the College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Counseling from Pace University, Michelle’s journey has been anything but ordinary.

Michelle’s adventure started in K-12 schools across New York, but her true passion led her in finding a home at Fusion Academy, where she’s had the wonderful opportunity of wearing many hats (and adored them all). From teaching to Post-Secondary Counseling, Assistant Director, and now Head of School, she’s been fortunate enough to bring her expertise to a few Fusion campuses along the East Coast. One of the coolest highlights? Traveling around the U.S. as part of the New School Success Team, launching new campuses and spreading the Fusion magic far and wide!

Now, as the Head of School in Burlington, Michelle is all about building strong community, cultivating positive partnerships and relationships, creating a culture of support, and, of course, ensuring the Fusion Vibe stays alive and well. Whether she’s coaching teachers, rolling up her sleeves with enrollment, or hanging with the students in the Homework Café, Michelle's focus is always on one thing: creating an environment where students can find nothing but success!
