I studied Fine Art at Bucknell University as a Division I athlete before earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University. I am also an ICF-accredited leadership and life coach, with training grounded in human development, motivation, and transformational growth—work that directly informs my approach to students, families, and teams.

Experience

I bring over 25 years of experience building, leading, and scaling people-centered organizations, including 15 years as an owner and executive director of a high-performing education franchise serving diverse learners. My background spans education, executive leadership, and coaching, with a consistent focus on culture, individualized growth, and creating environments where students and teams can truly thrive.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • I once worked as a personal chef for high-net-worth clients, including a royal Indian family with a strict vegan diet—navigating unlabeled ingredients and spice jars written entirely in Hindi taught me precision, curiosity, and cultural respect in a whole new way.
  • Travel and music are central to my life; I took my daughter to Japan when she was six and am happiest discovering cities through live music—especially jazz, blues, funk, world beats, Latin, hip hop, and R&B.
  • While my husband is a tennis and pickleball professional, I’m proudly the more competitive one—something that surprises people until they see me play.
