Join Corie Wightlin, ADHD coach, for a practical workshop where we’ll unpack what executive functioning actually looks like at home and build real, usable systems together for managing time, starting tasks, and remembering what matters,  without nagging, without power struggles, and without you becoming your teen’s full-time project manager.

You’ll leave with concrete tools you can try at home this week, and a clearer sense of your role: not enforcer, not rescuer, but system architect.
