Education
Joseph Saldoriga is a graduate of the University of Mount Saint Vincent, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management while also pursuing studies in the performing arts. His educational background reflects his passion for both leadership and creativity. Joseph is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in School Leadership, further strengthening his knowledge and skills in educational leadership, operations, and school management.
Experience
Joseph Saldoriga is an enrollment and education leader with more than 12 years of experience across PK–12 and higher education, specializing in enrollment strategy, admissions operations, outreach, recruitment, and retention. His professional experience includes leadership and enrollment-focused work at Manhattanville University, LIM, St. John’s University, Kent Place School, and HudsonWay Immersion School, which has given him a broad perspective on both higher education and independent school enrollment.
Through his work as an Education Consultant, Joseph has further expanded his expertise in developing enrollment strategies, strengthening admissions operations, building community and organizational partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for institutional growth. He has successfully partnered with Heads of School, senior leadership, Finance, Marketing, and academic teams to strengthen enrollment pipelines, improve yield, and support financial aid strategy. His experience includes multi-campus environments, data-driven recruitment, DEIB-centered enrollment practices, strategic outreach, and team leadership.

- Joseph has a passion for dance and loves teaching and sharing the performing arts with others.
- He is also a proud dog dad to his two corgis, Daphne and Velma, who keep him entertained and on his toes!
- Joseph loves traveling around the world, experiencing new cultures, exploring new places, and creating unforgettable memories.
- When he’s at home, you can often find him watching the Food Network, discovering new dishes, and getting inspired by all things food!
