Education

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a graduate degree in Special Education. I am certified to teach all content areas from early childhood (pre‑school) through 6th grade in general education, all grades EC–12 in special education, and English as a Second Language (ESL).

Experience

I have extensive experience supporting K–12 students and educators through curriculum development, data‑informed instructional coaching, and strength‑based special education practices. My professional background includes campus and district‑level roles focused on literacy and dyslexia intervention, compliance, assessment alignment, and the design of inclusive learning environments that improve outcomes for diverse learners.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • I love to sing! I was on the first season of America's Got Talent back in high school!
  • I've taught every grade level except 2nd and 4th.
