Education

Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic and Cultural Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California, with a concentration in Spanish and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Educational Leadership at Pepperdine University, specializing in K-12 education administration and principalship.

Experience

Alexis is a dedicated educator with a lifelong commitment to student success. She began her journey in education as a high school volunteer at a local library and preschool, igniting her passion for working with young minds. After earning her degree, she launched her career as a Spanish teacher at Viva el Español, instructing K-5 students. Alexis further refined her skills at Futures Academy, where she eventually advanced to the role of Director of Student Development. Today, she serves as the Campus Director, where her innovative approach and dedication continue to inspire both students and teachers.
