Molly Fishback joins the Fusion Academy as the art teacher. She graduated from Manhattanville College in 2016 where she studied Studio Art, Marketing, and Psychology. While at Manhattanville she was a Supplemental Instructor for a graphic design class where she conducted weekly sessions to help students outside the classroom. On campus she was also part of the mentor program as an individual and class mentor, the vice president of the Active Minds Chapter, and the media coordinator for the art club.
Molly has worked at Westchester County Government as a graphic designer, interned at The Wine Enthusiast in their Art Department, and was an art gallery assistant at Manhattanville College. Through the different jobs and internships that Molly has had, she realized she likes to be around people while teaching and being hands on.
When not at Fusion Molly enjoys playing tennis, creating art, and hanging out with friends. A fun fact about Molly is that she used to own her own sneaker designing company. She taught a sneaker designing class to teenagers and adults at ARC Westchester and even participated in the Westchester Sneaker Expo in 2015! Molly is excited to join the Fusion Family and can’t wait to start spreading art throughout the school!
