Director of Student Development
Tiffany grew up in San Jose, CA where she spent most of her time playing sports. Tiffany received her undergraduate degree in Human Performance. After college, she transplanted to LA to work in physical therapy and to live the Southern California dream of surfing and snowboarding.
Later, Tiffany decided to “settle down” and have two children, a son and a daughter. She went back to school to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology/Marriage and Family Therapy and earned a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential and, years later, a PhD in Counseling Psychology. Tiffany is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has a private practice as an MFT and Life Coach. She also worked as a high school guidance counselor for over 15 years. During this time, she worked with many students and families assisting them with academic, social/emotional and college/career readiness. She also enjoyed traveling to colleges throughout the country in order to help students find their “best fit.”
Tiffany is extremely passionate about assisting people in reaching their natural and full potential. She believes in the goodness of all people and has had great success in helping others find that in themselves. In particular, she specializes in the complexities of being a teenager and how to personally navigate this process in a fun and successful way. She is also passionate about assisting parents in the journey of productively launching their students.
Tiffany enjoys being with family and friends, playing a round of golf as often as possible and studying the art of mindfulness.
“When you look for the good in others, you discover the best in yourself.”
