He is an active member of USA Weightlifting, holding a Sports Performance Coach Certification. With seven years of experience instructing exercise, Carlton believes that teaching proper technique and encouraging optimism is crucial for an individual’s success. Communication is instrumental to developing meaningful relationships and reaching an individual’s ideal outcome.

I am eager to be a support to Fusion students, taking on challenges that we may face and making them my own. I have worked under the guidance of orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and nurses by following specific protocols created to address individuals’ needs.

As a fitness coach, I would like to present myself to the youth as a leading example of public service. Through my leadership, I will mold, not only the minds but the actions of the youth through exercise. Exercise can be seen as tasking, but if presented right it can open up a world of fun!
