Athletes, actors, and other students pursuing extracurricular passions have rigorous schedules that traditional schools can’t accommodate for. Fusion Academy offers customized scheduling so students can still pursue their dreams while receiving an accredited middle and high school education.
Classes at Fusion are one-to-one: one student and one teacher per classroom. This allows for a more flexible schedule than a traditional school environment. Students can start their day early or later depending on what works best for them and their families. Fusion is open past traditional school hours and operates year-round. Students can start any time of the year, even mid-semester. Our Directors of Student Development work with families to create a schedule that works best for them and makes sure they have the right credits to complete their graduation requirements.
Fusion Academy offers full-time and part-time programs for middle and high school students. Classes are personalized for each student and schedules are customized to fit into each student’s life.
Each Fusion student’s schedule is unique. We are able to customize for peak learning times around outside commitments (acting, sports, other schooling, etc.).
Mike is a hockey player who plays on a travel team. He likes to have all his classes done before lunch so he can go to practice and have time to get a good workout in the afternoon.
Sam is taking a class at a local community college while finishing up her senior year at Fusion. The college class meets on Monday and Wednesday mornings, so she schedules her Fusion classes at times that don’t conflict.
“It’s a joy to see the lack of constant stress in my daughter’s face. She’s an elite athlete, and since coming to Fusion I can see her being able to enjoy life and her beloved soccer without being judged and constantly feeling like she is falling behind. She can finally be herself.”

“My son is an athlete and very social and an average student. The class would be moving too fast for him to ever fully understand the content. Fusion teaches from where the student is. They have gotten to know my son so much it brings tears to my eyes. He is now an A student which I knew he could be because he's very smart but could never show it or manifest it in his grades. At every turn I'm more and more impressed with Fusion and my son has NEVER been this confident. Not only because of his grades but because he is finally being SEEN by people he admires and wants to please. My deepest prayers have been answered and it has forever changed him. It's worth every penny. ”

“Our family were introduced to Fusion when my son wanted to take a full year of Algebra over the summer. From the start, the school was accommodating in terms of calendar, class schedule, etc. We were impressed with the continuous daily dialogue from the teachers and the availability of the leadership team. When we were faced with needing to find a new year-round school for him this Spring our first call was to Fusion. They were immediately able to duplicate his class load and we had a smooth transition into the new semester. Our family continues to be impressed with Fusion and we look forward to our son completing his senior year and graduating from the school.”
