Taylor Anderson teaches math and science at Fusion Academy in Plano, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ouachita Baptist University, with a minor in Psychology. Taylor was a Research Assistant for Ouachita Baptist University to study the effects of additional carbon dioxide on Arabidopsis in low atmospheric pressure. She was funded by NASA, and presented the research at multiple symposiums. She is a co-author for a published research paper on Spirulina. Taylor has also worked with PC12 cells and retinoic acid to inhibit differentiation of cancer cells.
You can find Taylor watching sports (Go Rangers!) or playing with her dog, Mako. Taylor is a certified scuba diver and enjoys drinking coffee.
Wacky Fact: Taylor has a poisonous frog named Blaire that she rescued in college to prevent an invasive species.
